Blue Rain Jacket with Zippers

A great rain jacket!! Has pockets on pockets. Very functional piece with Velcro along wrists to help keep rain out, zipper pockets, and a drawstring hood. Is a men’s large so would fit more like a women’s XL or an oversized M/L
