Gorgeous Blue Dress with Stars and Moons! Off the Shoulder Design Beautiful Dress for all Formal Occasions - Prom, Party, Homecoming, Quinceañera or Special Event! Size 0 - Please see pictures for approximate lay flat measurements. This dress has a corset back so there is room for size adjustment/fluctuation. The back panel is quite wide (see picture) so there is room to lace the dress wider than I have it laced in my pictures. This dress really is beautiful, and unique with this star/moon design. It really sparkles in the light, it looks stunning!
