@itsmadisonjames I would say so, the tag size says Sizes from 4-6. It does have a stretchy feel to the costume around the waist/legs area. My little one was in the 4T/5T range when I got it for him and it fit him great. The back part ties with Velcro vs it being zipper so that’s a plus.
