carmenshar @sarahstar1234 To be honest, the only complaints I have encountered is that the products are too costly and take a long time to receive when purchased directly from Palm Beach Jewelry. I wear and sell the jewelry line. I suggest you not intentionally introduce them to excessive water, lotions and such but I wear mine frequently and I have no complaints nor have I received complaints of them loosing their luster. I can include my business card as well so that you have some reassurance.
