Halter neck with adjustable tie. Cut out center. It was stitched so it wasn't too much. Elastic along back side. Maxi Dress. Black, yellow/gold and white Circle print material. No size or material label. I wore it one time and I was a 10/12. There are a some stains or marks around base of dress. Black dot. see pics. Hard to see with the print. Smoke free. (N) length from where halter tie is on front 54" & back 47" bust 34" waist 35" The band around waist has elastic and will stretch. hips 38"
