Blue Off-Shoulder Dress

Blue off-shoulder dress that can also be worn with sleeves up for a different look. Was going to wear this for a wedding as a bridesmaid, was so beautiful and fit great, but the top loop button broke on the top. It was past the return date so couldn’t return. Didn’t have time to try and sew one on but could easily add one if needed! Zipper works just fine, just missing the connector for the metal loop on the top of zipper. Dress stays zipped up without the metal loop. No other issues. Completely unworn.
