Blue Needle and Thread Valentine Ruffle Gown. US size 8- taken in on waist to fit size 6. Can be let out slightly. Worn once. Excellent condition. Length not altered. Labeled blue on website however has purple undertones that make the dress look light purple/gray at times. Some dirt on bottom of dress-can be dry cleaned however not noticeable.
