Blue Midi wedding guest dress

NWOT . I bought this for a wedding but then didn't end up going. This is such a beautiful high quality piece. i just can't justify keeping it with no events to attend. i will post a photo of the actual dress and the tag soon! However dress is exactly as pictured.
