Blue Mermaid Prom dress

Tiffany blue and white mermaid style two peice prom dress. It has a white lacy top, with a jeweld neckline. The bottom is a Tiffany blue silk peice with waves for flow, the waistline is jewled with the same jewels as the tops neckline. This dress was only worn once and still looks beautiful as ever.
