Great for dance, clubbing, rave, festivals, etc. This is for the Costume Gallery bell bottom leggings only. Raw hem. Says it’s a child size large but it’s very stretchy Lycra material. I’d say it can fit an xsmall petite woman or child. The waist measures about 10-17”. Length is about 36.5” with a 28.5” inseam. Wore this once with similar bikini/crop top (sold separately) for a mermaid themed dance party.
