Blue Mercury Glass Bird Bottle Stopper LED Color Change

Aqua Blue mercury glass bottle stopper For wine or other small neck bottles The lights cycle through different colors but sometimes don’t come on. I believe there is a short somewhere because if you tap the sides or unscrew the lower half where the battery goes and put it back on then it tends to work great. I bought this new snd never used the lights so I don’t think the button batteries are dying but they would be easy to replace when they do.
