Blue Maxi Dress

Blue maxi dress with cut out details, open back with tie closure. Lined on the inside. Worn once for a photo shoot where I sat on rock so there are some spots on the backside but these could be removed, I have not washed this or tired to remove them myself. Please see last two photos.
