Blue Maui Maxi Halter Dress in Burgundy

I purchased this dress in Maui at a little clothing boutique. I never wore it, tags are still attached! It’s so beautiful, has a tie halter neck and an elastic waistband. It is long and flowing and the fabric is really light and breathable. It’s a really pretty burgundy color. It fits like a small/medium. It has lots of stretch and you can adjust the halter neck so I can see it fitting a range of body types! Such a unique piece, I love it, it’s just not really my color sadly.
