Brand new no tag or box. Blue with a little shimmer. These are in perfect condition but were a No for my little lady 🤷🏻‍♀️ These shoes are marked 13 BUT run quite big. They fit my daughter now who wears a 2. So- 💙if you love them make an offer and you’ll at least not risk them being too small. I have one pair of shoes as shown and they are marked 13.
