Blue Lusterware? - Creamer & Sugar Set - Floral - Made in Japan #83

3" tall x 4" tall I believe this to be lusterware but am not an expert please correct me if I'm wrong. In good condition with no chips or cracks. There does seem to be some fading to some of the color with age.
