Blue Long Beaded Prom Dress

NWT. Vibrant blue long prom dress with jeweled top! The blue is brighter like the stock photo and in the picture of the empire waste. Sweetheart line along the top with sheer beaded sleeves. Gorgeous dress but unfortunately ordered online and didn’t fit. It’s a size 18 but fits more like a 16. Please refer to the company’s size chart pictured. Never worn.
