Blue Lace and Beaded Mac Duggal Mermaid Dress

Royal blue lace dress with gorgeous pickups. Top front, back and shoulders feature intricate beading. I am 5”5.5 and wore 3 inch heels. A little long, but with the pick ups you cannot tell. Purchased from seller who wore one for a pageant. Bottom came a little frayed, not noticeable at all when worn. Worn a second time for military ball. Dress has great movement, I was complimented all night!
