Top and skirt aren’t connected. Zip up back on both top and skirt. Slit up to around mid thigh on skirt. Comes with dust bag (small stain on front of bag) No tears or stains on dress. From Stephens Prom and Beyond (now closed). Shown on me in last picture. Worn twice. Once to try on and once to prom. Very cute and flattering just doesn’t fit me and I no longer need it. Smoke free home. I do have a cat but all items are stored in drawers or high up out of his reach. However, I will wash the item before shipping if there is any concern there for you!
