mrslauraliz @comfychicsci Hello! I’m sorry for the late reply. This skirt is a heavier weight fabric, so it’s not going to spin like a light weight chiffon. It spins a little from about the knee down. It’s a beautiful piece! Hope this helps.

mrslauraliz @helena777 Hello! I apologize for the delay. I don’t know how I missed your first comment. Yes, it is still available! The waist measures approximately 12 in. It does have a hidden elastic though. I’ve added a picture so you can see. It’s a beautiful piece!
