Blue Lace Maxi Dress

The tage says Posh Peanut. They used to make stuff like this back in the day but I am not sure if it is authentic or not. The tag says 3t/4t but I'm listing as 2T because the chest seems small. We bought this a long time ago but never used it since my daughter always was in the 95th percentile for height. It is lined and has tulle layer for added volume.
