Blue Lace Blouse

I’ve only worn this a couple of time. This hue of blue is BEAUTIFUL! The sleeves and sides are black lace for a stunning contrast. This is made of nice stretchy material and has a pleat at the neckline. The bust measures 40 inches and the total length of the top is 24 1/2 inches long. There is slight discoloration at the neck line. I’m not quite sure if that’s the material, darkening or what but I tried to capture it in the last photo.
