How long is this? Can you also give me the measurements at the waist- where it is the smallest?

@bubear80 waist measurements come out to roughly 28 inches. The length from shoulder to bottom of the hem is 34 inches to the slip underneath and the lace continues until about 37 inches. Hope this helps!! (:
