Blue Jean's with black lace down the sides

Crystal like buttons looks like hand made sewn black lace on sides but I'm not sure if they came that way. Super cute but getting small on me. Says size 1/2r. Idk what that is. Fits like size 5 maybe size 2. Premiere brand. Rue 21.
