Blue Jacket with Zipper Closure

This jacket has ruched sleeves with a zipper closure. It also has snaps around the neckline (see photos). There is sparkly, silver threading sewn into the jacket, and there are shoulder pads sewn into it. Never worn. Smoke-free home 🚭
