Blue Hawaiian floral ruffled tank top 💙🌺

XL blue Hawaiian floral ruffled tank top. Very loose and flowy in body but racerback doesn't stretch (see last pic) so too tight around chest for me. More like a medium or large...would fit someone with smaller upper torso.💙🌺
