Blue Gown with Floral Embroidery

Dress in royal/deep blue. Has floral accents in silver and a tealish green. Ideal for special events as I wore to my prom. Truly a beautiful dress. It was strapless and a size 11, worn once by a friend of mine. After dry cleaning I received it and had straps hemmed on and made the waist smaller to fit me. For reference I wear a size small sometimes medium. I wore this dress to two proms and have not had it cleaned after, however there isn’t much noticeable damage. A few of the sequins have fallen off.
