Blue Free People Blouse with Open Back

Gorgeous blue deep plunge blouse with open back. Sheer and very pretty. This is brand new with no tags. I never wore it at all and after the return deadline noticed the breast area was unraveling a bit. Could easily add two or three hand stitches and it’d be perfect. Super pretty back as well.
