Blue Prom Dress ! Milkmaid top. So with this, it appears like it was handmade, but it also appears like it may be vintage! It gives me huge 90s vibes! It has a solid blue layer with a black sheer outer layer. The blue material is kinda of iridescent and has some shine to it. There are no tags so please look at the measurements. The arm holes are pretty tight and the shoulder area is kind if shung, I would say best fits an XS.
