Blue Formal Dress

dark blue feather dress (I included the model picture of the dress in white HOWEVER the one I am selling is dark blue as seen in the photos) the dress is originally strapless but I had straps tailored on to it, they can be easily removed or kept on if you like! It's a 9/10 and was ONLY WORN ONCE FOR A FEW HOURS. The feathers are very soft and the dress is overall very comfortable! I'm open to all offers:)
