Blue Flowy Midi Swing Skirt

DOES NOT FIT LIKE AN XXL, fits more like a M/L, never been worn. Company does not allow returns so it has been sitting in my closet just waiting for someone to put it on! Flowy and Elegant, this skirt would be a great alternative for a wedding guest!
