Blue Floral Scarf

Brand new with tags. This is a shiny blue floral scarf perfect for summer or spring. The edges are meant to be unsewn. Very beautiful! No flaws! I bought this a while back (probably like 5 years ago) so you probably won't find it again in this condition. I never wore it, I don't wear blue that much.
