Blue Floral Pouf Dress

When I say pouf I mean pouf. It’s made of a pretty firm material so the pouf keeps its shape! The top is super cute and has a nice strapping back. This dress is perfect for summer parties. I like that the skirt isn’t super flowy because it doesn’t come up too easily with the wind! The color is more a dark navy blue than a black.
