Blue Floral Mini Sundress

This blue dress has yellow and pink flowers on it. The straps have a little flounce on them and the back is ruched, making it super stretchy! Without stretching, the waist measures 14" and the bust measures 16" laying flat. Excellent used condition, no noticeable flaws. I cut the tags off because they were itchy and I don't remember where I bought it, but it may have been Francesca's. Any offers considered!
