Blue Floral Matching Shorts and Halter Set

Adorable summer set made up of pleated shorts and matching halter crop top with back zip and button closures around the neck. This set has served me well at many a summer party and I'm hoping to pass it on. The fabric is super smooth and it's well lined enough to go bra-less.
