Blue Floral Hand-painted Vase

This is a gorgeous hand-painted vase in vibrant shades of cobalt, turquoise and cinnamon. Good condition with the exception of one chip around the ruffled mouth of the vase. The chip blends in so well that I did not notice it until I took photographs. There is some type of signature on the bottom that is slightly faded (see photos). 12" high.
