Blue Floral Cropped Top

Very cute floral cropped top. It is brand new, never worn with tags still on. It is from a boutique in Colombia named ELA, very good quality and fits very nicely. It has a zippered back and slightly more cropped than the front. it is an xs but fits more like a small.
