Cute striped heathered blue/navy striped fitted sweatshirt top. It's not bulky so it gives you the look of a sweatshirt but can be worn alone as a top. Not a crop but is shorter to give you that cute look a crop does to show the pant waist / belt. It is fitted without a lot of stretch as it is sweatshirt material so fits me more like XS.
