Blue Fish Sage Mid Length Dress w Hem Pockets & Wonderful Art

This is a beautiful mid length, sage dress with three quarter length sleeves and a lot of quintessential Blue Fish Art depicting tea cups, fish, and chairs. Three low pockets adorn the front lower panel. The hem is longer on the back. There are a couple of stray paint marks on the upper front, which make this piece even more interesting, and almost looks like steam from the tea cup to me.
