Blue Fish Gray Skirt w Striped Draped Panel & Uneven Hem

This difficult to find Blue Fish cotton long skirt has a striped apron- like panel which drapes in the front. The hem is shorter on the left. It is new/unworn, but we removed the tag for laundering, as it sat in a closet for a long period of time.
