Blue Embellished Fit and Flare Midi Dress

This delicate dress features a high scoop neckline, intricate lace bodice, and a full flared skirt made of light tulle fabric. Underskirt is double lined, then a single layer of sheer fabric topped by two layers of tulle. Back is tulle only no lining, with back zipper closer with hook and eye. Worn once to winter formal dance, no rips tears or stains. Modeled on size 2 mannequin but dress is a size 6.
