Blue Ellie Wilde Two-Piece Prom Dress

Ellie Wilde two-piece blue prom dress. Altered by taking in the shoulders slightly, adding 5 bustles to hold up the dress (pictured), hemming the bottom of the dress and taking in waist of the skirt. Was around a size 8, now is about a size 6 (for reference I am 5”3 130lbs) Only worn once, one of the bustle caps came off but it would be an easy fix. Beautiful one of a kind dress and id hate to see it go to waste! PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE. Send offers!
