Blue Elephant One Shoulder Blouse - M

This blouse is by Blue Elephant, size medium. It is a dark navy blue color with fabric-covered beads at the shoulder as an embellishment. The waist is peplum style (elastic band), and there's a cascade of fabric coming off the shoulder. It fits on the smaller side of medium. Unfortunately this top is not photographing well.
