Blue Dress from Lucy in the Sky

Navy blue dress with star pattern purchased from Lucy in the Sky. Very comfortable and flattering dress. The tag was cut off that has the size on it so I am not sure if this is an XS or a S. I am listing the dress as a Small because while I think it would fit an XS or S I feel like it runs closer to a size Small. Great condition, worn only one time.
