Blue Diamond Cookware has been a blogger favorite since its introduction; this set of 2 open frypans is the company's best, promising 6 times harder body and 50% longer lasting than their regular Blue Diamond! The NWT set of one 9/5" and one 11" frypans is made with 3 layers of stainless steel wrapped around an aluminum core and lined with their famous diamond-infused ceramic nonstick coating. The pans feature stay-cool handles and are suitable for use on all stovetops, including induction as well as being oven and broiler safe. I do not know if there is additional information inside the box, but the website says that they are oven and broiler safe up to 850°. The exterior of the pans has a "spun" grained stainless finish; the interior is the company's sparkly Midnight Diamond finish. The handles have a matte stainless steel finish. They are described as dishwasher and metal utensil safe on the packaging, and are free of PFAS, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium. No bundling this time -- this serious set weighs nearly 5 pounds before packaging.
