Blue Desigual mini dress—never worn

Never worn BLUE Desigual dress! I cut the tag off before realizing this dress isn’t for me. It has a few marks on it that will come off in a wash but since I have never worn it, I’d tether not wash it. Size small— 22 inches long, 12 inch waste lying flat.
