Blue Cropped Front Tie Shirt

A teal, tie in the front blouse/cardigan. Its not full length so it will be a little cropped and I would definitely recommend wearing a cami underneath. It IS missing a botton that it shown in the picture. However, if you wear it open you will never notice it! It was lightly worn, but it doesn't have any stains or rips (aside from the botton).
