Blue Coral Carved Necklace

An unusually complex heishi necklace, this piece had a lot of love poured into it at making: pen shell leads to clam, then pen and aged brass, finally into blue coral. The colors of brown, cream, bronze and blue make this adept at fitting into any wardrobe, easy to pair with your favorite Hawaiian shirt or perhaps just to wear to the beach. Sun and fun, baby! Graduated, possibly tribal, but maybe island made. It’s impossible to tell. Graduated in size. Beads are of good quality and hand carved. True Vintage, early 80’s, strung on tiger tail wire, finished with a brass barrel clasp. In good condition for the years, with the faint smell of something masculine on it— it’s hard to pinpoint and very light. This piece has been used and loved before, with patina on the brass and a slight kink in the wire. Please see photos to be sure it’s perfect for you. Stored in a smoke free, scent free home.
