Curve-hugging body con dress in a darker royal blue color. This is definitely not a dark navy blue. This is a body con-style mini dress with short sleeves. Has a scoop neck in front and a deeper scoop neck in the back. 95% cotton 5% spandex. Tag marked a size L, but fits more like a M. Measurements: underarm to underarm 16.5". Waist 14.25". Underarm to hem 25.5".
