Blue Blush Starry Mini Dress

Blue Blush brand (bought from a boutique) black mini dress with white/silver stars and adjustable ribbon ties on the shoulders. Has a zipper in the back with a mid back V-cut, and a V-neckline in the front. The dress hits my mid to upper thigh and I’m 5’7” tall. In great condition and only worn twice!
