Blue Blazer with Embroided Flowers

This is a jacket (I believe) I received from my grandmother and she was a huge spender! The size fits best with people who wear medium sized shirts, specifically for women. And although it is beautiful and it’d go very well with a dress but it is no longer wanted by me :) It is 100% Polyester and when you wear it, the sleeves cut quite short at the arms.
